Our quilt was inspired by Show Way, by author Jacqueline Woodson.  Each colorful symbol represents something we believe in.  Click the picture above for a better view.  Click it again for more detail.

  2. I like soccer and think it`s fun , so I made a symbol about soccer. I didin`t want to make a regular soccer ball so I personalized it. I didn`t want to just draw a soccer a soccer ball so I drew green around it.

  3. My flag has a girl with black hair, the world,a plant,a pawprint, and a book. The girl stands for friends, the world stands for taking care of the earth, the pawprint stands for caring for pets and the book is for reading.I used lots of colors on my flag to make it interesting and clear. I was thinking if I did too many colors it might make people dizzy and not like my flag so people wouldn't want to look at my flag because it would give people a headache. That's why I only made 3 symbols.

  4. My symbol looks like a far far away planet and it wants peace so somebody took a picture of it and put it in a frame. That wooden log protects Fun Zone Island so the planet never dies. I drew it because I like earth peace so I made an earth with a peace sign in it to show it has peace and wisdom and the colors are the frame.
